Michelle and Tanerra were excellent beyond anyone's concept of realtors. Competent, knowledgeable about the properties they showed me, always instantly responsive to questions, and they closed the deal effectively when the Seller has competing offers. Outside the box, they enabled two open houses for renters, so that I had signed tenants even before I'd purchased the property.
Lastly, they managed the new Buyer's Agent role in a way that worked perfectly for me.
